U.S. International Trade in Goods and Services, August 2026

AI The U.S. goods and services trade deficit increased from $92.8 billion in July (revised) to $105.6 billion in August 2026, as imports increased more than exports. The goods deficit rose $12.8 billion to $136.6 billion, while the services surplus rose less than $0.1 billion to $31.0 billion.
